You may return an item for a full refund or replacement. Follow the steps below to ensure that your return is processed in a timely manner.


RETURNS

I f you would like to return a product and receive a Replacement, email our replacement support department at info@bio-solv.net and request a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#) for the return. Please remember to include the following with your message:

-Your full name
-Order invoice number
-Product(s) you would like replaced
-'Replacement Request' as the email subject line

The replacement product will be sent out to you immediately so you wont have to wait. All return instructions will be provided by our support team.
Only returns with a valid RMA # will be accepted.


To return a product for a Full Refund, please email info@bio-solv.net and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#) for a return on the products and full refund of your order. Please include:

-Your full name
-Order invoice number
-Product you would like to return for a full refund
-'Refund Request" as the subject line

Only returns with a valid RMA # will be accepted for a full refund.
